Latest release of eHealthApp delivers

Workflow features added and even easier to use

(BOISE) – As Idaho based eHealthApp, a subsidiary of Distributed Database Consulting (DDBC) Inc., releases its latest version of its software solution designed to bring efficiencies to the archaic process of applying for and quoting health insurance, insurance carriers, brokers, regulators, HR professionals, and consumers are all welcoming a product that seems long overdue.

“The impetus for developing this technology was the pain our own company experienced in going out for health insurance quotes each year,” explained eHealthApp President Ken Gibson. “The current paper based process is needlessly cumbersome and inefficient, causing headaches for consumers, brokers, and insurance companies alike. Our application offers time and cost savings to all three.”

The latest release of eHealthApp provides a number of enhancements for all of the users including:

  • Workflow enhancements provide simplified monitoring of applications through the quoting process.
  • Bulk additions of applicants enabling new groups to be setup and established in just a few minutes.
  • Improved reporting provides reminders for when new employees become eligible for health insurance.
  • Improvements in usability to ensure a quick and easy experience.

Founded in 1997, Boise-based DDBC, Inc., offers systems integration, project management, database design and development and data warehousing services to local and national clients, including Fortune 500 high-tech and financial services companies.
