As of November 1, 2008, eHealthApp has updated its support policy in order to better serve a growing base of customers and users.

Need help filling out an application?

Please contact your broker or HR representative. Our company does not provide direct support to end users of our system and calls will not be returned.

Broker support

  • For brokers still in their first six months of using eHealthApp, we provide unlimited support and training. You should contact us at with any questions or private training requests.

  • For brokers who have been using eHealthApp for more than six months, we offer training sessions and online question-and-answer sessions at prescheduled times each week. Contact for a schedule of our training sessions. You can have your support questions addressed at that time.

  • If you are a broker who has been using eHealthApp for more than six months, and you need assistance prior to the next weekly support session, you can contact us at . Please note that a fee will apply should you request support in this manner.

If you think you have found a bug with our software, please email us at . There are no fees to report a bug, point out a problem, or make a suggestion for how we can improve eHealthApp.
