Insurance carriers that partner with eHealthApp in order to receive cleaner applications and, in some cases, customized data feeds must agree to accept the state’s universal application (where applicable) and applications that are digitally signed within the eHealthApp system. They must also agree to both quote and enroll off of the same applications.
A certain level of service is provided to carriers for free, including the provision of applications in PDF format and a basic census with applicant data. Customized data feeds and integration with eHealthApp are possible as well, at little or no cost in some situations.
