Located in Boulder, Montana, Boulder Administration Services, Inc. (BAS) is a Third Party Administrator (TPA) that provides benefit administration services for all employee benefits with the exception of retirement plans. BAS has a national reach when it comes to serving the members of their Employer Groups.

BAS is owned and operated by the husband and wife team of Bruce and Jackie Wagner. Combining up-to-date technology with personalized customer service, BAS strives to provide a pleasant experience when dealing with benefit questions. Bruce and Jackie each have over 20 years of experience in the health insurance industry. Working as agents, they recognized a need and established a TPA business with a focus on employers with less than 1000 employees.

BAS is constantly adding new services in the rapidly changing employee benefit environment to assist an employer (and particularly the HR department) to stay in compliance with new regulations while still focusing on the core benefit package.
